TECHNICAL QUALIFICATION
Prove the fit
before regular supply.
The right packaging material is defined by the application, operating environment and handling route. CFX works from those variables before a regular supply plan is agreed.
QUALIFICATION APPROACH
From requirement
to approved route.
- •
Application review
Clarify device or material requirement, current pack format, process conditions, annual volume and any existing approval requirement.
- •
Technical match
Evaluate the material route against ESD, moisture, cleanliness, mechanical protection, automation and traceability needs.
- •
Samples + documentation
Coordinate samples, available product information and relevant documentation for customer evaluation.
- •
Trial + supply plan
After acceptance, define the commercial supply route, inventory approach, conversion or kitting needs and replenishment plan.
WHAT WE ASSESS
Critical variables.
Clear decisions.
Reference standards may include ANSI/ESD S541, IPC/JEDEC J-STD-033, ANSI/EIA-481, IEC 61340 and relevant SEMI guidance, where applicable. Final suitability remains subject to the customer’s approved application route.
