TECHNICAL QUALIFICATION

Prove the fit
before regular supply.

The right packaging material is defined by the application, operating environment and handling route. CFX works from those variables before a regular supply plan is agreed.

QUALIFICATION APPROACH

From requirement
to approved route.

  1. Application review

Clarify device or material requirement, current pack format, process conditions, annual volume and any existing approval requirement.

  2. Technical match

Evaluate the material route against ESD, moisture, cleanliness, mechanical protection, automation and traceability needs.

  3. Samples + documentation

Coordinate samples, available product information and relevant documentation for customer evaluation.

  4. Trial + supply plan

After acceptance, define the commercial supply route, inventory approach, conversion or kitting needs and replenishment plan.
